About the Event
Navy League Jax Council Members are invited to tour the USCG HITRON squadron as wellas the POW-MIA Memorial and Museum at Cecil Commerce. The maximum number of participants for the tour is 25. We are reserving these spots for Navy League members only.
Due to limited parking, we will meet at the POW-MIA Memorial and Musuem located at 6112 POW/MIA Memorial PKWY at 9:30 AM. We will carpool the short distance to a parking lot closest to the USCG hangar.
At approximately 11:15 am, we will return to the Memorial for another tour and we anticipate being through by 12:30 pm.
Note: There will be some walking and standing, so if you have issues with this, you may want to pass on this tour.
Acceptable attire: Pants, jeans, shorts and polo or button-up shirts with sleeves. Wear comfortable shoes, but no open toed shoes or high heels.
